Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Combine ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently to mix.
    Spoon into a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Yield:
    10 to 12 servings.
