Red Cabbage And Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of white pepper
    1 small head red cabbage, chopped fine
    2 medium apples, cored and sliced thinly
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Smoothly mix mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard and pepper.
    Lightly mix cabbage, apples and parsley in a large bowl.
    Fold in the dressing until well combined.
    Chill 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
    Serve in a bowl lined with romaine lettuce.
