Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bake chicken in covered dish at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; drain. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, garlic and pepper sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Pour sauce over chicken and cover with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
Serves 4.
