Mushroom Soup Pape' 89' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. ham juice
    1 tsp. tandori spice
    1 c. water
    1 c. yogurt
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Combine mushrooms, broth, jam juice and Tandori and simmer until mushrooms are tender.
    Add half and half, water and yogurt to stock and simmer for 1 minute.
    Add sherry and bring to a scald.
    Do not re-boil.
