Roti Chateaubriand - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    butter (1-inch slice off 1 lb.)
    onion, slice
    red wine
    pepper
    steak spice
    parsley
Preparation
    Brown in a preheated oven about 500\u00b0.
    Melt 1-inch slice from 1 pound of butter or margarine.
    Butter must not become brown. Put on the roast the melted butter, pepper, steak spice, parsley and a slice of onion.
    Put the roast back in the oven at 325\u00b0 for rare (12 minutes per pound); medium (15 minutes per pound).
