Lo-Cal Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. round steak, trimmed and cubed
    1 (4 oz.) mushroom pieces
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in heavy skillet.
    Saute meat and onions until it loses the red. Mix bouillon cube and cornstarch in water. Add this to all items (except yogurt) to meat.
    Simmer 1 hour until meat is tender.
    Stir in yogurt and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Yields 4 (3/4-cup) servings.
