Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole kernel corn
1 tomato, cut up
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
mayo
Preparation

Drain corn and pour in medium size bowl.
Add tomato, onion and cheese.
Put enough mayo to mix well.
Chill for at least an hour.
