Butterscotch Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. water
1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
whipped cream

Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter.
Mix well.
Firmly press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
