Crispy Mandarin Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    2 medium green peppers, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine egg white, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir in cubed pork.
    Combine biscuit mix, water, sesame seed and combine with pork mixture.
    Place 8 pieces of pork, one at a time, into deep hot fat.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain on paper towel. Keep warm in 250\u00b0 oven.
