Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chopped rosemary
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except oil.
    Shape into 6 patties. Rub surface of nonstick skillet with oil; pan-fry salmon patties until golden brown.
