Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or regular bulk sausage
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix all together very well.
    Will be dry and take time to mix. If you have a dough mixer, it will do the job.
    Roll into small balls.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
