Carrots And Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    butter
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vodka
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. malaga grapes, seeded
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute carrots, cut in thick diagonal slices, in butter. Sprinkle carrots with sugar.
    Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add vodka and water.
    When almost tender, add grapes.
    Cover and cook until very tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
