Tostados With Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can refried beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 to 2 large sliced tomatoes
    1/2 head shredded lettuce
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    1 to 2 pkg. corn tortillas
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat beans in pan, adding taco seasoning and stirring to prevent scorching.
    Prepare vegetables in separate containers. Heat about 1 inch of oil in skillet.
    Fry corn tortillas one at a time until crisp, turning once.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Spread a spoonful of hot bean mixture on tortilla; sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion.
    Top with guacamole, if desired.
