Gouranga Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground rosemary
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In large saucepan, parboil potatoes.
    Drain and refrigerate. When cool, peel and cut in 1/2-inch slices.
