Caesar Salad With Sourdough Croutons(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco)
    1 c. olive oil
    2 large romaine lettuce pieces, torn into bite-size
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    sourdough croutons
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients in blender or processor.
    With machine running, gradually add oil in thin steady stream.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
