Cheesy Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 c. water
3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Crumble sausage in large skillet.
Add onion and cook over medium heat until brown.
Drain well. Combine all ingredients. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop batter by heaping teaspoons about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
Yields 4 dozen.
