Chicken Philippine Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, minced
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme or marjoram
Preparation

Marinate chicken in remaining ingredients for about 30 minutes.
Can be done in skillet to be used for cooking.
Heat on top of stove until it boils, cover and simmer about 40 minutes or until almost all liquid has evaporated.
Serve hot or cold.
