Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix together in large baking dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
