Chicken Or Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cornbread crumbs
1 c. buttermilk
4 c. loaf bread (fresh not toasted)
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1/2 tsp. soda
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. sage
1 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into a baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown and crisp on top.
