Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation
    Sift dry
    ingredients.\tMix
    in
    shortening
    as for pie crust. Set aside 2 tablespoons of mixture.
    Add egg, molasses and milk. May
    add nuts and/or raisins.
    Beat mixture together.
    Place
    in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with dry mixture; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
