Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium fryers or chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Separate and debone boiled chicken into small pieces.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and broth.
Pour on top of chicken.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Pour melted oleo over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
This makes a large casserole.
