Chicken Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 pkg. frozen asparagus
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Heat oil and brown chicken. Cook asparagus according to directions. Stir together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
    Place asparagus in single layer on bottom of shallow baking dish.
    Place chicken over asparagus and spoon on sauce. Sprinkle on cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
