"Bishop'S" Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 lb. deer tenderloin
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
8 oz. pkg. mushrooms
1 large can kidney beans
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Fry tenderloin in oil until done.
Remove from pan.
Slice as for stir-fry.
Fry onion, mushrooms and green pepper until done; add meat, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
Put on top of cooked egg noodles.
