Aunt Mary'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 oz. box strawberry Jell-O
2 c. sliced strawberries (fresh)
1 deep dish pie shell
8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Bake pie crust and let cool completely.
Mix sugar and cornstarch together; add water.
Place over low heat and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
Add Jell-O and cool.
