Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine (1/4 lb.)
1 box sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
finely chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Stir in nuts, if desired.
Frost the cake.
