Rhubarb Freezer Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    4 c. granulated sugar
    1 small box strawberry Jell-O
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix all together in a 4-quart saucepan.
    Let heat to boil; cook 20 minutes.
    Skim off any foam on top.
    Cool and put in containers.
    Freeze.
    Makes about 6 cups.
