Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's long and wild rice
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    2 pkg. Lipton dry chicken soup
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Break up sausage; fry until almost done.
    Add celery, bell pepper and onion; saute until limp.
    Drain grease; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (May uncover for last 15 minutes.)
