Une Fratte A La Veande(Hamburger Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (equal amounts of any cheese will work)
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 (8-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Brown meat and chopped onions with salt and pepper.
    Drain well; place in pie shells.
    In a large bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese and Swiss cheese.
    Spread over meat mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 or 5.
    Freezes well.
