Ingredients

2 qt. cranberries (fresh), washed well and pureed
3 c. sugar
12 oz. water
1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
juice of 1 lemon
2 oz. orange juice
3 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Puree the first 3 ingredients.
Add gelatine in center for 20 minutes.
Add lemon juice and orange juice to pureed mixture. Whip the cream, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Fold in puree with gelatine and juices and serve.
Can be frozen.
