Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 single crushed saltine crackers
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 qt. Cool Whip
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 can coconut
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and beat again. Fold egg whites into nuts, sugar and crackers. Mix and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 until light brown. Cool thoroughly. Spread Cool Whip over cooled pie. Add drained pineapple over Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Chill and serve.
