Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    salt
    cayenne
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. salad or olive oil
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Combine and add dry ingredients.
    Beat again. Add oil, drop by drop, beating constantly.
    When mayonnaise begins to thicken, add lemon juice.
    Add remaining oil in a very thin stream, continuing to beat.
    Store in refrigerator.
