Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. regular rolled oats
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
    1/2 c. sesame seed or wheat germ
    1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. snipped, dried apricots
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine honey and oil; stir into the oat mixture.
    Spread out evenly in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Remove from the oven; stir in the apricots and raisins.
    Place in another pan and let cool, stirring often to prevent lumping.
    Store in tightly covered jars or plastic bags for up to 2 weeks.
    Makes 6 1/2 cups.
