Orange Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. carrots (fresh or thawed-frozen)
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Brown chicken on both sides in hot oil using a large skillet. Move chicken to side of pan.
    Add carrots and celery; cook and stir until tender.
