Chinese Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup uncooked minute rice
    Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion, celery and green pepper together until tender.
    Add soups, water, soy sauce and rice.
    Combine and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top.
    Bake uncovered another 15 minutes.
