Cheddar Potato Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch strips
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or marg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, arrange potatoes in a single layer. Pour milk over the potatoes. Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is completely melted.
