Holiday Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    2 pkg. quick bread mix (any flavor)
    2 2/3 c. None Such ready to use mincemeat
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. candied fruit
Preparation
    Generously grease and flour tube pan.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs and water.
    Add remaining ingredients by hand.
    Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 80 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    To store, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
    Can glaze with warm corn syrup.
    Decorate with candied fruits and nuts or cherries.
