Salami Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
10 slices salami (4 1/2-inches in diameter)
Preparation

Spread cream cheese over 9 slices of salami.
Stack spread slices and top with a plain slice of salami.
Cover and chill. Before serving, cut into 12 wedges and arrange on platter.
Makes 12 appetizers.
