Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    2 boxes instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and nuts and pat down in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
