Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans, mashed
1 c. coconut
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. pecans
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender and pour into two or three unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour. Serves 6.
