Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced chicken (may use 2 whole chicken breasts)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 apple, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 to 3 tsp. curry powder, white pepper and cayenne
Preparation
    Boil or bake chicken.
    Skin and debone.
    Dice chicken.
    Saute onion, garlic and apple in oleo.
    Add soup.
    Season with curry powder, white pepper and cayenne.
    Serve on a bed of white rice, saffron or yellow rice.
    You may also season with \"7 box condiments\" (coconut, raisins, peanuts, green onions, chutney, toasted almonds or crumbled bacon).
