Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. chopped chives or onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. crabmeat
    1/4 c. buttered breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter in top part of double boiler; add flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Slowly add milk; stir briskly.
    Cook over hot water until thick and smooth, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
    Add egg yolks, then onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir in crabmeat.
    Pour mixture into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with buttered breadcrumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 2.
