Carbanara Ala Carolyn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente and keep hot
1 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
1/2 lb. Canadian bacon, cut in narrow strips
3 green onions, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
4 eggs, fried until yolk is hard and cut in strips
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
Cook Canadian bacon until hot; drain.
Toss hot spaghetti with enough hot bacon grease to keep spaghetti from sticking.
Toss in bacon, eggs and onions, half cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with remaining cheese on the side and French bread.
Serves 6 to 8.
