White Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 envelope + 1 1/2 tsp. Knox gelatine
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    strawberries or other fresh fruit
Preparation
    Mix sugar, gelatine, salt and water over medium heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.
    Put in large bowl until partially set.
    Add beaten egg whites (should be stiff) and lemon juice and beat until fluffy.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in sour cream and whipped whip cream.
    Put in mold and set.
    Serve with strawberries or other fresh fruit.
