Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. coffee cream or half and half
3/4 lb. ground chuck
1/4 lb. lean pork
1 small onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Soak crumbs in cream, then add rest of ingredients; mix thoroughly until smooth.
Shape into small balls about 1 inch. Fry in butter or olive oil until evenly brown or bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain oil from meatballs, then cover, about half, with a good dry white wine, simmering at a low heat until most of the wine is boiled away.
Serve hot or cold.
