No Shortening Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely before topping.
