French Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon rind
Preparation
    Sift the first 4 ingredients. Beat the eggs, milk and vanilla or lemon rind.
    Make a well in the sifted ingredients.
    Pour in liquid ingredients. Combine with a few swift strokes.
    Ignore lumps. Cook over moderate heat (350\u00b0) in frypan with a few drops of oil, turning only once.
