Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 c. pecans
1 c. dates (optional)
1/2 c. milk
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Melt butter slowly.
Add sugar and eggs; beat lightly.
Add salt, nuts and milk.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
