Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Velveeta, cubed
    1 stick margarine or butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. corn flakes
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup together.
    Add thawed potatoes and onion.
    Mix well.
    Add Velveeta and mix again.
    Pour into well greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top evenly with corn flakes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves lots!
    Can be prepared ahead of time.
