Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. butter
1 lb. fresh spinach, blanched and chopped
1 shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. Guinea hen confit, finely chopped
1 oz. heavy cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a skillet, heat butter until melted. Add shallots and garlic; saute until soft. Add confit; heat through and add spinach. Saute until hot. Add cream and season with salt and pepper.
