Fillets With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillets
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can (2 c.) chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place the fillets in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour Minute rice around fillets; sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Spread the tomatoes over the top and cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    You can use fish, chicken or pork (1/2-inch thick portions).
